Terms of use

Last updated: 5 October 2026. These terms are between you and Mark Fensom, a sole trader ("we"). By using Puzlr Quiz Night you agree to them. If you buy through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies (apple.com/legal).

What you get

Quiz Night lets you host quizzes that other people join from their phones. Every host gets five free quizzes. After that, hosting needs a subscription.

Subscription

• Price and length: Quiz Night Monthly is £3.99 a month. Quiz Night Yearly is £29.99 a year. Prices in other countries are set by the store and shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment: your Apple Account (or Google or Amazon account) is charged when you confirm the purchase.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling and managing: go to your device's subscription settings (on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV: Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We cannot cancel a subscription bought through a store for you.
• Refunds: are handled by the store that sold the subscription.
• Using it on other devices: a subscription works on the devices signed in to the same store account.

Using the service

• Use Quiz Night lawfully, and do not try to copy the question bank, to overload the service, or to get around the free-quiz limit or the subscription.
• You are responsible for the people you invite and for the nicknames used in your quiz. You can rename or remove any player.
• The questions are provided for entertainment. We check them, but they may contain mistakes, and some answers change over time.
• Questions, pictures and software are ours or used under licence. Credits for pictures appear in the app.

Our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app if the change matters. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may also have the rights of the country where you live.
